The Bohemia Fire Department Juniors program is looking for members! Anyone between the ages of 14-17 years old are welcome to join the Junior Firefighters program and learn about firefighting. Instruction on many functions of a firefighter are taught usually 1-2 nights per month from September to May. Earn high school community service hours and the potential for scholarships. This program is ideal for youth who are considering a future in the FDNY or becoming a local volunteer firefighter, but all are welcome.
